Please review your new electronic product manuals and warranties. If you determine that there are items in your home that require attention by our Customer Service Department, complete the following. Please note that service on any of your video/audio components and such can be expedited by referring to your product manuals. No service calls will be made unless items/issues needing attention are listed below:

A technician may enter the above property without home owner being present to make any necessary corrections. However, please note that it would be in the best interest of the client to be there when a technician is there so that all items and concerns can be fully explained and taken care of at that time.
